About the Portal

A Clearer Way to Follow Published Contractors

This platform exists to bring order and accountability to contract application administration. Its purpose is straightforward: give applicants secure, authenticated access to the officially published contractor list, and give administrators controlled, audited tools to manage contracts, shortlists and payment information.

Every action taken by an administrator is logged. The published contractor list is visible only to authenticated applicants and authorised personnel — never to the public. Transparency and privacy are treated as equally important, not competing goals.

Your administrator creates your account and issues your login credentials directly. There is no public sign-up — access is granted only by an administrator, using Laravel's standard hashed passwords and protected session handling.
