Before You Begin

• The login email address your administrator provided
• The password your administrator issued (or one you have since set via password reset)
• Access to your email if a password reset is ever needed

Getting Access

   Receive your credentials

   Your administrator creates your account and provides your login email and password directly. There is no public sign-up on this site.

2. 2

   Sign in

   Enter your email and password on the Applicant Login page.

3. 3

   Land on your portal

   You arrive directly on the Approved Contractors page — no extra steps.

4. 4

   Review published contractors

   See the officially published list of organisations the administrator has reviewed and approved.

Common Issues

• Haven't received login credentials yet — contact your administrator; accounts are issued directly and are not available through this website.
• Forgotten password — use the password reset link on the login page.
• Your organisation is not yet listed — it appears only once the administrator has published it.
